Our Story
Key West Sandwich Shop wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from frustration. Frustration with stale bread, lukewarm ingredients, and sandwiches that looked nothing like what you ordered.
So we did what any sensible person would do: we started over. Fresh bread from a local bakery. Vegetables that actually taste like vegetables. Meats sliced to order, not pulled from a tray that's been sitting since Tuesday.
We're not a chain. We're not trying to be. We're just a shop on Highway 77 that believes a sandwich should be the best part of your day — not a compromise you make because you're hungry and in a hurry.
